Document Description
The City has developed a new alternate basin site that was not considered in the original IS/MND. While the site does not generate any new significant impacts or mitigation measures, the properties were not part of the orginal project description. Since the public was not afforded the ability to comment on this alternate, the City prepared this Subsequent IS/MND.
This alternate basin is part of a project that involves improvements to the City's strormdrain infrastructure and measures to increase stormwater storage and improve floodwater attentuation. The project will not require any changes in land use, either directly or indirectly.
