Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number SUT-51947-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Reclamation District 1000. The project consists of the installation of an outfall structure for an approximately half mile-long, 42-inch-diameter pipe that will connect a planned detention basin within the Sutter Pointe Specific Plan Area to the outfall location. The pipe will be installed within the paved area of Riego Road. Near the outfall location, the pipe will turn at a roughly 45-degree angle to the southwest and proceed along an existing access road to the outfall location. The outfall will consist of a 6-foot-long by 6.5-foot-wide, pre-cast concrete structure that will include a headwall, apron, wingwalls and trash rack, and rock slope protection.
