Document Description
An approximately half-mile-long, 42-inch-diameter pipe would connect a planned detention basin within the SPSP Area to the outfall location. Near the outfall location, the pipe would turn at a roughly 45-degree angle to the southwest and proceed along an existing access roar to the outfall location. The outfall would consist of a 6-foot-long by 6.5-foot-wide, pre-cast concrete structure that would include a headwall, apron, and wingwalls and trash rack.
