Document Description
The project is a proposed subdivision of a 113 acre parcel into 366 residential parcels along with a Planned Development Overlay located northwest of the Placerville Airport, north of Barrett Drive, and south of Broadway. The site is adjacent and east of the City-approved Eskaton project at Spanish Hill. Project includes all needed roads and utility infrastructure.
