Document Description
The Crystal Bay Master Development Plan project proposes a General Plan Amendment, Prezoning, Master Development Plan, Tentative Map, and annexation of three parcels comprising the 173 acre site. The proposed project consists of residential uses at a variety of densities. The development plan consists of five types of housing units, major circulation roads, and a project created lake. The community is anticipated to include approximately 1,360 total units. A total of 13.1 acres of parkland will be dedicated as part of this project. Additional open space landscape areas total 11.4 acres within the proposed project.
