Document Description
The project site is composed of one parcel 14.94 acres in size and would contain the proposed ADM Sweetener Distribution Center. The project would be constructed in three phases. Phase I would include a 10,500-square foot operations/distribution building, storage tanks, boiler room, cooling towers and railroad spur line. Phase II proposes a 95,000-square-foot warehouse and Phase II proposes a 20,000-square-foot liquid sweetener packaging/warehouse facility. Phase I would be built immediately. Phase II and III would be market driven expansions.
