Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2009-0124-R2; pursuant to Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Timothy DeMartinin. Installation of a 12" stormwater outflow culvert into the bank of Wolf Creek above the normal high water line. The bank of the creek will be armored around the outflow culvert to protect the bank from erosion and to act as a flow dissipater. Work will be completed using a backhoe and manual labor with hand tools. The site will be re-seeded with native grasses upon completion of the culvert installation.
