Document Description

The parcel is currently developed with a single family residence and attached garage which will remain on proposed Parcel 1. Proposed Parcel 2 will gain access off Bugenig Lane via a 27 foot wide flag utilizing the lot frontage exception Section 325-9 of the Subdivision Regulations. A coastal Development Permit is required for the subdivision.
