The Ponto Beachfront Village Vision Plan is intended to provide guidance for development of the Ponto Area, as directed by the City of Carlsbad's General Plan and the South Carlsbad Coastal Redevelopment Area Plan. The Vision Plan sets forth a vision of what land uses could occur; presents goals and objectives that support the vision; and provides an implementation strategy and design guidelines for the projects that will implement the vision.
