Document Description
The Ruben Ingold Park contains a surfaced walkway (also referred to as a trail or jogging path) that is approx. one-half mile in length. The park contains a fence around the surface perimeter and is the shape of a long rectangle. The proposed project site is located on a parcel that is approx. 3.55 acres. Currently, the project site is developed by the existing park facilities, which includes exercise stations, seating areas, jogging path, and chain link fence. There are several mature trees and ornamental shrubs throughout the park. The sloped areas of the perimeter are steep, resulting in the parks' elevation of 425 ft. above sea level.
