To update the Master Plan under Conditional Use Permit 02-002 for the seismic retrofit, renovation, and on-site expansion of the Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital, to amend the Whittier Boulevard Specific Plan development regulations pertaining to parking and landscaping, to construct a new five-story, 106,500-square foot medical office building with new parking area, and to allow said proposed medical office building to exceed the maximum building height of 65 feet.
