Document Description
The proposed project is the development of Commercial Highway (CH) land uses, including a Casino and an entertainment facility within an approximately 232-acre project site in the City of Calexico. The proposed project requires the following discretionary actions by the Calexico Planning Commission and City Council, approval of a Specific Plan, General Plan Amendment, Tentative Tract Map, Development Design Approval, and a development agreement between the City of Calexico and the applicant (Hallwood Calexico Investments, LLC).
