Document Description
The project, as proposed by Pacific Medical Buildings and Jacobs Development Company on behalf of the Riverside County Office of Education, involves the development of a three-story, 65,281 sf medical office building with related parking and landscaping on ~4.2 acres. A portion of the subject property is an archaeological site known as Riverside's second Chinatown, City Landmark #19, County Landmark, State Point of Historical Interest and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. A variance would be required as a result of on-site parking being provided at less than code requirements. The proposed project would include the development of the project would include the development of the project that would include similar features as the 2008 project.
