Document Description
The proposed project involves a Specific Plan mixed use development of 375 student-oriented residential units, 30,000 square feet of retail/commercial uses, and 12,000 square feet of space for the leasing office and recreation centers (the latter for the on-site residents). A 7-level parking structure with 1,225 parking spaces would be provided on the site with 1,105 spaces for residents and 120 parking spaces for retail uses.
