Document Description
The project involves the construction and operation of a new warehouse, temporary community day school, and new permanent Mitchell School. The temporary Community Day School would consist of 10 relocatables and would house approx. 180 students from grades 7-12. The Community Day School would be an interim site use prior to the construction of the permanent school facilities that would house Mitchell CDC Special School (Mitchell School). Mitchell School would be permanently relocated to the project site from its existing off-site location and would be constructed to include 18 classrooms and a play area for approx. 350 students.
