To address issues such as imported water supply availability, increased need for expanded wastewater service, system capacity constrains, rising imported water costs, and water quality issues, RCWD is taking a long-term perspective in the Regional Integrated Resources Plan (IRP), the 2005 Water Facilities Master Plan (WFMP) and the 2005 Wastewater Facilities Master Plan (WWMP), hereby referred to as the "Project", that examines all possible supply-side and demand-side management opportunities to meet its customers' needs in an economical and sustainable manner.
