The proposed project is designed to be an entertainment campus to cater primarily to entertainment type users for offices, editing, and post-production. The combined floor area of the proposed office buildings is approximately 241,568 square feet, of which approximately 237,568 square feet will be devoted to entertainment business-related office uses and 4,000 square feet will be restaurant use. The maximum building height on the project site would be approximately 76 feet.
