Document Description
The project consists of an application for a coastal development permit proposing construction of a new 5,200 square foot, two-story, single-family residence, including a 1,368 square foot attached garage, pool/spa, grading and onsite wastewater treatment system (OWTS). Approximately 1,978 cubic yards of exempt grading (731 cubic yards of cut and 1,247 cubic yards of fill) is proposed. The project proposes to import 516 cubic yards of fill.
