Document Type
EIR - Draft EIR
Received
Present Land Use
vacant/rural res/heavy ag and vacant/res ag, 1-acre min/res-ag, suburban RA-S
Document Description
The project would subdivide a 16.92-acre site into 8 lots - seven residential parcels and an internal access road. The project includes grading to establish the internal access road and building pads for seven single fam residences. The project would also refine Bridle Trail Rd and install a cul-de-sac at its eastern terminus, extend existing equestrian trails, and construct additional infrastructure necessary to serve each parcel with public utilities. The project includes annexation of the 7.96-acre portion of the site that is currently located in unincorporated LA County and is in the city's SOI. Consequently, the project would require a GPLU map amendment and Zone change to establish a land use designation and prezoning.
