Document Description
The project consists of a Community Standards District (CSD) zoning ordinance. The objective of the CSD, which would establish additional development standards applicable only to properties within the Southeast Antelope Valley community. The objective of the CSD is to ensure that future public and private improvements are consistent with the community's existing development pattern as well as the goals, objectives, and policies of the Antelope Valley Area Plan. The development standards contained within the CSD are oriented towards maintaining the low densities and rural character of the Southeast Antelope Valley.
