The site is addressed as 11 Hill Circle (APN 004-601-053) and is located in the R-L-5.5-F (Low Density Residential-Flood Plain Overlay District. The proposal involves the following land use entitlements: a Conditional Use Permit to allow the proposed Senior Housing use; and, a Planned Unit Development (PUD) to allow an alternative development standard relative to the minimum twenty-foot front yard setback measured from East Laurel Drive.
