Document Description
The proposed fuel delivery system includes an approximate 24-mile pipeline of 12 to 16 inches in diameter as well as ancillary pumping and receiving systems. The proposed pipeline would originate at the Vopak Inland Terminal in the Wilmington area of the City of Los Angeles, travel north through the City of Carson, unincorporated Los Angeles County, City of Compton, additional areas within City of Los Angeles, City of Gardena and City of Hawthorne, arriving at the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). The proposed ancillary facilities would include a new pump station at the Vopak Inland Terminal, a new delivery connection to the Watson Pump Station in Carson, and a new receiving system at LAX.
