Document Description
Proposed nineteen lot subdivision of an approximately 95.31 acre parcel into residential lots of between 1.8 and 4.3 acres in size, with open space lot of approximately 31 acres in size. The proposed cluster subdivision will include the construction of a main access road off of Monterey Highway, which then divides into three separate cul-de-sac roads serving all nineteen lots. Each lot will contain an individual septic system and all lots will be provided water from West San Martin Water Company.
