Project is located on a 3.91 acre parcel that is currently a California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection Fire Station. Project will include the leveling of an area less than 100' X 100'. Site of project is on a knoll that was previously graded during station construction. Vegetation on building pad site is annual grass and a large Gary Pine.
