The Attorney General, Department of Justice, proposes to lease approximately 24,660 square feet of office space. The space would house approximately 87 staff for purposing of a Bureau of Narcotic Enforcement (BNE) Regional Office and 9 staff for the Department of Gambling Control. The space will consist of reception/secretary room, conference rooms, evidence room, armory, file room and private offices. Approximately 104 parking spaces would be used.
