Document Description
The retrofit project will increase the sheer resistance of the Sharp Park Pump Station roof to meet current earthquake standards. Wind resistance will be increased to keep roof tiles in place at winds exceeding 100 mph. Work will include removing existing roof tiles, replacing the existing sheeting with seismic nailing and tie downs and reinstalling the existing tiles with wind hold-down cables and clips.
