This project consists of excavation and repair of approximately 4 feet of sewer line at city lateral connection due to broken sewer line for Captain Fitch Building, a concession in a non historic structure located in Old Town San Diego State Historic Park. Excavation for repair will require an opening approximately six feet long by 4 feet wide and 6 feet deep, over existing utility.
