Document Description
The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan) proposes to repair erosion at and improve access to the West Retention Basin at the Robert A. Skinner Filtration Plant. Metropolitan will repair eroded areas at the base of the fence adjacent to the western side of the retention basin. Metropolitan also proposes to improve access to the valve structure for the basin by laying a gravel turnaround between Borel Road and the fence on the western side of the basin, installing a gate in the existing fence, and installing a railing and steps from the gate to the valve structure.
