Document Description
The operator proposes to repair approximately fifty feet of badly deteriorated wooden retaining on Hulbert Creek. The wooden soldier piles will be retained and rotted wood lagging will be removed and replaced with new lagging. The majority of the work will be performed using a rubber-tired backhoe operated from the north stream bank, above the channel. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2006-0765-3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
