Document Description
The Manchester Road Pipeline project consists of the replacement of a 2,600-foot-long segment of existing steel potable water pipeline which provides domestic and fire service to the south Encinitas portion of the District. Construted in 1961, the 12-inch-diameter, cement-mortar-lined-and-coated steel pipe has reached the end of its serviceable life and is in need of immediate replacement.
