Document Description
The 4.44 acre site is currently developed with 11 light industrial buildings totaling 34,531 square feet. The project proposes to rezone the site to allow for the demolition of the existing structures on the site and construction of up to 250 attached condominiums and townhouses. The buildings will be built approximately five feet above grade with a maximum height of 50 feet. Parking will be provided in two single-level parking garages located under the proposed buildings.
