1. Resolution for General Plan Amendment 05GPA-11 to amend the General Plan and Columbia Community Plan land use designation of an 83 +/- acre parcel from Large Lot Residential (LR) to Rural Residential (RR). 2. Ordinance for Zone Change 05RZ-222 to rezone the 83 +/- acre parcel from AE-37 (Exclusive Agricultural, thirty-seven acre minimum). 3. Tentative Subdivision Map 05TSM-111(4) to create the Lake View Estates Subdivision by dividing the 83 +/- acre parcel into 12 lots ranging in size from 5.0 +/- acres to 10.0 +/- acres with a 5.5 +/- acre remainder. 4. Resolution of application to the Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) to form a County Service Area (CSA) or other entity established by the Tuolumne County Board of Supervisors to provide road maintenance for roads serving the proposed subdivision which are not accepted into the County Maintained System.
