The project applicant and property owner proposes to construct a single-family residence of approximately 5,000 square feet and an attached garage of 600 square feet, with 750 square feet unfinished enclosed space adjacent to the garage on a 28 acre vacant parcel. The dwelling is proposed as three levels with a sloped roof. In addition to the four bedrooms and five bathrooms, the applicant is also proposing an open kitchen/family/dining area, living room, office, entry, and a recreation room. The living area for the second level would be approximately 3,500 square feet, and the third and topmost floor would be approximately 1,500 square feet. The total height of the proposed building would be 35 feet.
