The project will consists of two separate developments, herein after referred to as Murphy Ranch South and Murphy Ranch North. The Murphy Ranch South development will be on the southern portion of the project site and will consist of 285 for-sale single-family attached dwelling units (townhouses) with attached two car garages on 14.15 acres. The Murphy Ranch North development will be on the northern portion of the project site and will consist of 374 rental apartment units on 7.58 acres. The apartment buildings will be four stories with a five-story parking garage in the interior of the site.
