The proposed project involves requests for the City's approval of applicants for Rezoning from Industrial to Commercial Downtown, Use Permits, and a Tentative Map from the entire 8.0 acre site. The proposed project is to develop 152 three-story multi-family condominiums along the north side of West Weber Avenue. The property is bounded by the Stockton Channel to the north, Mormon Slough and Interstate 5 (I-5) over-crossing to the west, and Weber Avenue to the South, and is adjacent to the City's proposed Waterfront Promenade and Marina Project.
