Document Description
The proposed project includes the removal of 6 existing off-site advertising signs and construction of 1 new double-sided 14-foot x 48-foot LED (light-emitting-diode) off-site advertising sign at 1695 East Shore Highway. Implementation of this project requires an amendment to the City's Sign Ordinance (Berkeley Municipal Code [BMC] Title 20) and a Relocation Agreement between the City of Berkeley and CBS Outdoor.
