Document Description
The proposed project consists of the public disposition of land for, and the private development of 79,000 gross square feet of retail space, and related parking, landscaping, and on-and off-site public improvements. The project also includes a new street (Market Place) which connects Fremont Boulevard to Post Street and a future parcel map that will combine all lots. The 6.8+ acre site is located the Centerville Planning Area and Centerville Redevelopment Project Area in the block bounded by Fremont Boulevard, Thornton Avenue, Post Street and Bonde Way.
