Document Description
The City of Palo Alto has selected an approximately 1.51 acre site at 2747 Park Boulevard (0.30 acres) and 2785 Park Boulevard (1.21 acres) for development of a new, approximately 50,000 square foot public safety building project. The project is intended to provide a new, state-of-the-art Police Department, 911 dispatch and emergency command center facility at an optimum, centrally-located site, and in a structure that meets the most recent building standards for "essential facilities" and can provide an effective response in the Palo Alto Police Department service area to major natural (including earthquake) or man-made emergencies.
