Document Description
The project is a request for approval of a General Plan Amendment (GPA 05-005), and Zone Amendment (Z05-024) for approximately 3,650 acres to increase the residential density from what is now designated as agricultural lands and low density residential to allow for a Planned Development (PD) of 1,374 residential parcels. The project proposes a mix of land uses including residential, agricultural, community and retail commercial, and recreation parks.
