The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed the Major Amendment No. 5 for the Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2012-0369-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Christopher Hakes, Santa Clara Valley Water District (Valley Water). This NOD is limited to the installation of a temporary pump-over system at the Stevens Creek Dam in order for Valley Water to conduct inspections and maintenance on the outlet works.
