The California Department of Fish and Game is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2007-0118-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Department of Water Resources. DWR proposes to remove up to 2,000,000 cubic yards of accumulated sediment from the Tisdale Bypass to restore its channel's capacity.
