The proposed project involves the development of an offstream reservoir, diversion facility and stream restoration at Kreuse Creek, tributary to Tulocay Creek, tributary to the Napa River in Napa County. A Petition to Change and a Petition for Extension of Time was filed with the State Water Resources Control Board Division of Water Rights to modify an existing water right (Permit 20428/Application 29351). The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2007-0042-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Tom Adams, Coombsville Vineyard, LLC.
