Document Description
The proposed project consists of the approval of a Water and Sewer Service Agreement for the Resort at Squaw Creek: Phase II and the subsequent construction and operation of water distribution and sewer conveyance improvements. The project would involve the modified operation of existing wells for irrigation water to the existing Resort at Squaw Creek as well as operation of new well facilities for irrigation and domestic water to serve Resort at Squaw Creek: Phase II (an approved, but unbuilt development). This would also include approval and implementation of an Irrigation Roll Back Agreement that would require the Resort at Squaw Creek to reduce historic irrigation usage during the months of June through October in an amount equivalent to the water demands of Phase II.
