The draft Agreement identifies the various conditions and commitments that must be satisfied by the Resort in order to provide water and sewer service to Phase II. The Agreement also identifies anticipated water system improvements, and includes information on the amount of water that will be required by Phase II. These various activities may result in environmental effects on the physical environment, particularly with respect to groundwater and surface water.
