Document Description
The project involves the development of 4.32 acres of vacant land into an auto dismantling, repair, sales, truck and equipment parking storage facility. Construction on 4.32 acres of the project site will result in impacts to Mohave ground squirrel (Spermophilus mohavensis), a species designated as threatened under the California Endangered Species Act (CESA). The permit referenced above authorizes incidental take of the species under CESA that may result with implementation of the project.
