The project involves the development of 4.32 acres of vacant land into an auto dismantling, repair, sales, truck and equipment parking storage facility. Construction on 4.32 acres of the project site will result in impacts to Mohave ground squirrel (Spermophilus mohavensis), a species designated as threatened under the California Endangered Species Act (CESA).
