In response to the extension of light rail service, the City's desire to create broader circulation and land use connections to the planned station, and the anticipated economic benefits to be derived from transit service, the City has prepared a new land use plan that reflects land use changes in 3 areas: Station Square Transit Village, W. Huntington Drive, and South Myrtle Ave.
