The proposed project consists of the construction and operation of two automobile dealerships on the northeast corner of 10th Street West and Avenue K-8. The dealership on the northern portion of the project site is anticipated to be 43,750 square feet with 679 parking spaces and the southern portion of the project site is anticipated to be developed with a 33,650 square foot dealership and 320 associated parking spaces.
