Document Description
The Newhall County Water District (NCWD) intends to adopt a Master Plan for the orderly development of water distribution facilities. The Pinetree Water System is one of four water systems operated by the NCWD. The service area comprises approximately 4,800 acres located in the eastern portion of Canyon Country and is several miles east of the intersection of Sand Canyon Road and Soledad Canyon Road.
