Document Description
The proposed project would provide for up to 1,405 residential units a 5.2 acre neighborhood commercial site, and a 16.8 acre public facility site for school/park facility. The project proposes to amend the Circulation Element of the General Plan by removing a portion of the planned "E" Street extension from Betteravia Road, south to the Santa Maria Public Airport District property.
