Document Description
Metropolitan proposes to provide a temporary construction permit and a permanent road easement to the City of Los Angeles for the purpose of staging and widening a portion of Sepulveda Boulevard. The three properties are located near 1751 North Sepulveda Boulevard. The first property will be used as a construction staging area only and is approximately 2 acres. An entry permit will be issued for this property. The second and third properties are less than 0.5 acre each and will become part of Sepulveda Boulevard. An entry permit will be issued for preliminary access, and once construction is completed, a permanent road easement will be issued.
